I went to New York, I did lots of things there. We had to take a bus it was a long trip over 9 hours we had 2 stops but then we finally got there we were tired so we did the only smart thing to do at 1:00  a.m. after a 10 hour bus ride we ate pizza. We were not alone there were 20 other people. So at 1:30 we went to sleep then in the morning we went  to more stores.  We saw the statue of liberty that took 3 hours a waste of time.  So we went shopping for a long time. then we went to a kids program thing I got out of breath and my tooth was loose a bit so i pulled it out. So my mouth hurt and oh now it is pouring rain yay. Oh one more thing i had to go up six flights of stairs the next day we did not do much. but then more shopping yay. Then the time came that we had to leave the trip was amazing oh and one more thing this was all me and my mother. Well it was good you should go to New York.

Have you ever been to Cuba? Well I have. This past winter I went to the Starfish Varadero resort. When I went there, there were three great parts that I liked. These were: the drinks, the animals, and the activities. In this review, I won’t mention the main building, but in the building there were three bars, two restaurants, and a game room.

 

The first thing I will mention is the drinks. Drinks were one of my favourite part of the resort.  My favourite by far was the Shirley Temple. Out of my family, I drank the most of these! The ingredients for this drinks are soda water, grenadine, and cherry syrup (I think). My second favourite was fruit punch. I drank fruit punch for three days before I discovered the Shirley Temple. The fruit punch was different from what I’m used too, but it was still good. The taste was hard to describe, but still delicious. The third drink that I liked the most was soda. I drank one soda with every meal (this includes coke, sprite, and more). Since I had a bracelet, I could run to the nearest bar and order a drink whenever I wanted! I probably drank more than 100 drinks.

 

Another favourite thing about the resort were the animals. First, when i went to havana they had i cat lass then a foot long it was sleeping sometimes and wen you shook him you can feel his origins it was a baby we named him havana.  there were cats everywhere! Have you ever heard of the piano cat? Well, at this resort there was a real piano cat! He sat on the piano and would also sit on your lap if you got close. You might not understand this, but there was a cat versus pelican fight! This brings us to my second interest, the dolphin show! So, there were a lot of extra fish there, but they made a fatal mistake of leaving the cooler full of fish open. These fish are meant to be fed to dolphin, but two cats came. Each of them had a fish in their mouth and they ran off with them. Then the pelican came! Both of the cats dropped the fish, and then the fight began. In the end, the cat probably knew it was going to lose, so they tossed one of the fish aside near the water and ran away. The pelican wasn’t the smartest animal so he went for the fish but the fish got knocked into the water. I don’t have time for the most exciting part (riding dolphins, which felt rubbery) because the cats are the best.

 

Last are the activities. As I talked about before, there were drinks next to the swimming pool, which meant I could swim right to the bar.I spent a lot of time swimming in the pool. There was also a beach that I almost drown in. There were huge waves and here is what happened: three waves hit me, the first one hit me down on my knees, the second one grabbed me, and the final one slammed me down underwater! I also built sandcastles on the beach because the sand was great. One day, they were building something beside the pool and we were wondering what it was. Everyday we thought it was something else, but you’re gonna have to wait until the end to find out what it was… turns out it was (drum roll) a stage (yay!). The stage was for a New Years party! On New Years they played music.

 

In conclusion, I recommend the Starfish Hotel Resort in Cuba for anyone going to Veradero. The drinks were delicious, the animals (especially the cats) were adorable, the pelicans were vicious, and the activities were amazing!

If you didn’t know I have two cats malary and babu. I got them from the cat cafe. My cats hate car rides well one does he cries a lot and throws up. Lesers they love lasers a cat can play with lasers for so long.

babis is a kosher restaurant  in ottawa  the food is really good. thay have so many different foods my favorite is the burrito they  also have eggs, french toast, salads, soup  and more . I would give it 9 out of 10
